2. User Story: As a Visitor, I want to discover what content a website has to offer, so I can find content that is of interest.
Guidance: This User Story should be assigned to more than one Team Member, One per Home Page section.
(2a) The web page should have sections providing brief information about different content the website has to offer.
(2b) Each section should have a Title differentiating it from other sections.
(2c) The sections should make usage of text and graphics to communicate to target audiences what the website has to offer.
(2d) Each section should have a method for Visitors to navigate to the related web page that provides more detailed information.
