Yearbook page not displaying all GROW Students. #96

When a Visitor views the Yearbook webpage, not all GROW Students are displayed. The webpage is supposed to randomly display a small set of GROW Students. It appears the same set of Students is randomly displayed.

This was resolved by PR #97.
