categories not working for TermsBerry #493

Once a term has been added to a category, it cannot be added to another, even if it has been removed from the initial category.

Ideally one should be able to create a number of overlapping categories like Negative words and Aggressive words. These categories could then be used in tools that make sense. One could also bring them from corpus to corpus by copying the categories id (as in 5cf3d07c4ea1be9f119354e8e75db764). There would be many words in both categories.

Note to self: add ranking to categories in order to prioritize which feature value to use when a term is present in multiple categories.
