Use resource streams rather than expecting to resolve files. #7

When packaged in a jar the resources cannot be referenced as files.

Just a quick note to say a sincere thanks. I won't be able to get back to this for a couple of weeks, but will definitely do so later in February.

I've finally gotten around to merging this, sorry it took so long.

BTW, did it come up because you were running a web app from a war?
