I just received a notification for a message that I sent from WebMessage

Edit for more details - I was in a conversation with one of my friends

Friend " friend's message "

Windows notification - Friend name " friend's message "

Me " my reply to friend's message "

Windows notification - Friend name " my reply to friend's message "

I've only ever seen this bug once and I was unable to grab a screenshot
