While creating this issue, I also realized the similarity to this comment, and here are my thoughts on that issue. On both iOS and macOS, the tapback menu has its bubble thing come from the right side of the message for received messages and on the left side of the message for sent messages. It does the opposite in WebMessage. This honestly isn't a huge deal and I'm fine with it being how it is, I just wanted to point it out in case you wanted it to more closely match the original.
Also, in the comment, I mentioned how the tapbacks that have already been placed disappear on macOS when opening the menu, but this is not true for iOS. In my personal opinion, I feel like WebMessage should go with what macOS does since it is a desktop app, however it is also a jailbreak tweak so the iOS route is okay too. It's a creative liberty and in no way a bug or bother. Also, I personally like how the tapback menu is gray in iOS and WebMessage.
