TODO:

[x] Ability to retrieve more than 50 time entries.
[x] Ability to retrieve info about all time entries of a ticket
- even if it is 5k entries on a single ticket
- probably will limit it to basic information only
[x] Write test for -Detailed switch for Get-CWTimeEntry
[x] Add ability to change member on TimeEntry
