Add CyberGhost support #9

Can you add the Cyberghost VPN support ?

I've gotten Cyberghost to work with the parent branch haugene/docker-transmission-openvpn but haven't gotten it to work just yet with this branch. This branch is 346 commits behind it's parent branch, perhaps that is the reason?

This is a fork of haugene/docker-transmission-openvpn with significant changes - pulling from upstream would require a lot of work due to the changes.
