where is the HCL code for 'action=remove_worker' #20

I tried to locate the code of this action but I can not find it is seem to have been deleted in this commit 1b7236aaace14a8f8fe9a1230d5318910a90a77c. this functionality is still referenced in the markdown file and in the article and in the variables.tf file. but nothing in vsphere-kubespray.tf. So I wad wondering if the functionality is still present ?
