Implement Game Loop

To have this project be a complete project we'll need a basic game loop.

To do this, I suggest:

• [ ] Have scene initialize with some sort of camera view over of the map (Like the zoom through in Fall Guys)
• [ ] Have player swing then move play
• [ ] Show win GUI once player is in whole and stop player from swinging anymore

The more module the better because it'd be nice to be able to reuse some of the components.
