The application isn't working with me on Windows7. #578

When i Open the program on windows 7 is doesn't run.
it says python couldn't be properly installed, we must quit.

Do you have a 32 bit python version from www.python.org installed?   Make sure 
that you are have a 32 bit python version even if your Windows is 64 bit.

This obviously solved my problem but got a question. Is there any intention to 
add support for 64-bit version?

If not why? Is there no difference?
