Can't set Bookmark zero #589

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. enter ctel-shift-0
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
a bookmark in the left column is expected
no bookmark is established

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.4.3.0 in Windows 7 Home Premium

Please provide any additional information below.
Bookmarks 1 to 9 can be set and navigated as expected

This is a Windows Vista issue.
