When trying to customize the external tool properties (Command prompt path) #717

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set a custom path modification and check the 'use customized environment' 
option
2. Settings are set correctly if tool window is reopened
3. Command prompt tool environment path variable is not actually set as expected

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Customized path

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 2.5.3.0 neither x86 neither x64 both on 64bit win 8
