Error Highlighting Stopping #737

After 999 lines of code the syntax error highlighting quits working, any hints 
on how to fix this?
I'm using Pyscripter 2.5.3x64 on Windows7 
This happens at any time there are over 999 lines, no matter if they are 
commented or not.

Tools, Options, IDE Options, Editor, "File line limit for syntnax check".
