Start checkbox option for modlist #13

To run dedicated servers, the -mods argument and the GameUserSettings.ini [ServerSettings] ActiveMods value need to match.

Is it possible to have this plugin read the ActiveMods ini-value at/before server startup and automatically append it to the command line if a checkbox is checked? E.g. the checkbox could be added to the "Edit Config" dialog under or above "Server Start Param" and could be named "Append ServerSettings Mod List".
