OpenBlas Build failed #114

I use Ubuntu16.04 vm on virtualbox and cmake3.10.0 and followe the build step you've list, why there comes OpenBlas Build failed?

Please refer to the latest commit (b9b0ba7), I just added docker support for building this project.
