this ticket isn't quite done. Let's the table display data in the same style as the LoadVersion detail. Also, many fields are missing

I didn't do the full data display, because I'm not sure how the API would return, because many fields are duplicated and redundant from other places.

This QA report page is mostly re-deiplaying the same data again. Some comes from LoadREquest, some from LoadVersion. Leave this ticket for now, I will do another that will require some changes.

This QA report page is mostly re-deiplaying the same data again. Some comes from LoadREquest, some from LoadVersion. Leave this ticket for now, I will do another that will require some changes.
