update package lock to latest #229

I removed node_modules and package-lock.json and did npm i, to update all the library to latest. this branch was linked to issue https://github.com/sh977218/ts-etl-ui/issues/195 the issue reopened after this branch merged previously. Let's see if merge this PR would resolve the reopened issue or not.

updates: I think here, you can manual link PR/branch to issues, so the issue will be updated according to new PR/branch's progress. image image

are all the husky changes coming from npm i ?

yes, looks like a library upgrade cause those changes.
