Notes have hashtags, which appears to be how you know what section they fall under.
But I am not sure where the notes should be stored... Or how to view the notes.
It's possible LoadVersion has a list of notes, with hashtags, and we display on various sections based on those hashtags.
This is now how we did for QA Activity, acceptance seems to have notes for each. Maybe notes are under QAActivity and also under LoadVersion.
