Lets discuss this ticket because it looks like it requires running something on local, which isn't great. We will see if we can come up with a better way. It's quite possible you don't need UTS at all, you can just go to login-prod or CIT, the same way mesh editor does.

@ludetc UTS needs to whitelist domain name. This problem happens on localhost as well. I had to edit host file to map domain be a NIH/NLM domain in order to test on development. This problem is exactly same problem in CDE local development as well.

@ludetc I need to merge this in, so I can test it in NLM/MLB network and verify the UTS auth work. We can do some changes if needed later.
