Setup MongoDB #47

Pantry has limitation of 2 requests per second. This is a bottleneck. I'm going to setup a free MongoDB, 500 MB seem enough space for this project.

  1. CI playwright run will not corrupt development or production data. i.e. CI should restore a fresh data on every run.
  2. Production will have data persist.
  3. We will check in mongo dump data in git. Replicated from those json.
