Bug: ShapeInsert mode does not exit #40

ShapeInsert mode does not exit when a cell is selected while in ShapeInsert mode; turning Vim load off/on does not return to Normal mode.

I tried to find this issue with no luck. Hope this is fixed soon, this seems like a really useful tool.

I have fixed this bug today, but please wait a little longer for the official release to check the side effects. I have released the fixed version as nightly, so if you are in a hurry, please use that.

Today I have released v0.5.2 as a revised version. I hope this fixes the issue correctly.
