Add Random Shabad to JS API #1011

Add function to return a random Shabad ID.

In this case, the random shabad is also called a E-Hukamnama by some websites, so it is SGGS shabads only. Hukamnama can only be taken with the physical saroop of Guru Sahib present, so "E-Hukamnama" usage is avoided.
