Add group_name_* fields to Bani_Lines #151

I'm not sure we need this as much as the ability to read all bookmarks in a folder as one. So we could have Asa Di Vaar converted into a folder with each chakkha an individual bookmark, and then at the very top it could say "read all as one". (This would also be useful for nitnem or lists of shabads a kirtaniya plans to sing).

On the other hand, perhaps this issue could be useful if we were doing a reader mode and wanted to let the user jump around? I'd imagine the line type should cover that, but not sure.
