Then re-render Unicode to put the vowels in the correct locations.
Then we need to test the rendering on different platforms/engines. It would also be nice if we had a programmatic way to check all the platforms/engines (since I don't even remember what all I had to do to test it the first time).
Since this is more of a font issue, I have decided to not fix this issue. It's possible to reverse this decision with data/explanations, at which point the issue may be re-opened.
I will open an issue to investigate ੍ਯ patterns.
