Add toggle to mark sources on presenter #411

Settings > Display > Mark Sources

This could show in the gutter (padding/margin) of each line the source of it. So main line could show SGGSJ, SDG, or KSBG to signify where the bani is from. The translation could show SSK, Manmohan, etc to show the author of the translation.

Colors should be muted so as not to distract from the content. Colors could even be different per source to make it more obvious. Or we could use different icons/shapes to help denote these sources from afar.

410 would benefit from implementing this feature to reduce confusion.

Perhaps "citation" could be a line option as well similar to english translation/translit. At the very bottom it could say where the line is from, as so:

This has the added benefit of clearly showing that we are digitally representing a physical source, in case one is wondering
