Info panel does not track well with resizing #494

See popped out controller. It got stuck here after maximizing and restoring window size:

Can this be fixed?

Does not happen in FireFox and Electron dev mode on Mac.

Update: When you move the window then it gets stuck, but if you do an action on screen then resizes itself
