Add methods to copy shabad in different formats for info popover

Copy shabad is working great for Unicode. However it would be nice to copy in ascii. It would also be nice to copy other lines than gurbani (i.e. english translation, pronunciation, etc.).

And then have it ask which fields to copy _{View in Slack}

Clicking "Copy..." will replace the pop over with another one that gives you options to choose which fields to copy, and whether to copy them as individual blocks or as lines for each other
