So instead of having three individual toggles for light, medium, and heavy, think of them instead as levels of weights to show. So level one shows heavy, level two shows heavy and medium, level three shows heavy, medium, and light pauses. It would be a dropdown of how many weights of pauses to show. Does that make more sense?

I think one thing to look out for us how to gracefully migrate this setting. For instance if a user has heavy and light pauses on but medium off, we should migrate that user to showing all three weight levels
