Best way to use NCron for many schedules #23

Hi, I'm looking at options for a scheduler such as NCron and have a could of 
questions you may be able to advise upon.

1) Just wondering how efficient you think NCron would be at doing the following 
and what would be the best option.

a) For every schedule, create a job. There could be over 1000 in the system at 
one time and would need to be re-created if the windows service hosting was 
ever stopped.

OR

b) Create one single job which polls every minute and checks if a schedule is 
due to run and if it is, run it.

2) Also, is there a way of establishing the jobs that are currently running 
with NCron?
