Implement K square #1

To resolve sadist #13, implement the K-square density.

Hello,

I'm doing a quick follow-up to see if you made progress towards an implementation of the k-square distribution.

I will definitely use it during winter 2021. I could use the original Fortran code provided by Lecoutre, but your implementation of the k-prime and lambda-prime are so efficient, I'd rather wait for your version.

If ever you want me to help, just le me know. I could for example perform double-checks if you wish.
