This pull request includes the following changes:
Add dynamic linelabel+offset feature, including support for really long labels and routine names
Fix weird syntax highlighting issues in Cache Terminal bundled with Cache Studio for Windows
Update error messages and menu messages
Improve tab menu input so that it doesn't overwrite the box and menu display
Add routine selection for GT.M/YottaDB
Fix $X bug in the syntax highlighter on Cache systems when removing characters at first column
Fix parameter menu display bug when changing terminal width in menu
