Remove "@fields" key and move it's contents to root of json object #64

This is a breaking change i.e. backwards incompatible with previous versions of logstasher, hence the major version change.

The new logstash schema has been adopted and I tested it with latest versions of ElasticSearch Logstash and Kibana.

Fetch version 0.6.5 with the fixes
