fix: prevent select component to open on scroll for mobile deveices #3620

On mobile devices when the user wants to scroll if touches a select component it opens and prevents the scroll. This is fix that prevents opening if select options on mobile while scrolling and opens only if the user clicks on the select component. The issue is reported here as well https://github.com/shadcn-ui/ui/issues/2654
