What are the differences with the scss files here and the ones from bootswatch?

I've tried using the scss files from bootswatch but I get an error:

  "Syntax error: $color: \"transparent\" is not a color for `red'\A on line 56 of /RoamingMac.rvm/gems/ruby-2.0.0-p247/gems/bootstrap-sass-3.3.0.1/assets/stylesheets/bootstrap/mixins/_forms.scss, in `form-control-focus'\A from line 131 of /RoamingMac.rvm/gems/ruby-2.0.0-p247/gems/bootstrap-sass-3.3.0.1/assets/stylesheets/bootstrap/_forms.scss\A from line 16 of /RoamingMac.rvm/gems/ruby-2.0.0-p247/gems/bootstrap-sass-3.3.0.1/assets/stylesheets/_bootstrap.scss\A from line 23 of /Volumes/DATA Roaming Mac/Users/RoamingMac/Sites/local-dink-web-packages/sites/all/themes/dink_sandstone/assets/sass/screen.scss"

Is it possible to just use the scss files directly from bootswatch?

We don't have sandstone in our list of themes yet. I'll add it. It need some minor changes to work.

There is also Paper bootswatch theme. Can we help with this?
