An error - title_attributes and unthemed items #1

Nice start!

When I view the enabled radix_backdrop theme on backdrop 1.0.0 I see:

Notice: Undefined variable: title_attributes in include() (line 20 of /var/www/themes/radix_backdrop/templates/node/node.tpl.php).

Also it seems that you're outputting the primary links into the header, whereas the Backdrop Bartik theme outputs them into their own menu block in the layout. I suppose that's not "wrong" per se, but could be confusing. The menu block is left unthemed. Plus adding child menu items are left unthemed.

We still got some work to do. Mainly cleanup. Thanks for testing. Filling issues helps.
