Tails Kart model has broken textures/UVs that apply improperly

There's a mod that attempted to fix it here, but it didn't fix his select screen kart.

Isn't this the model you chase after in one of the Rouge's 'Route' mission, and not his cart model? Him being orange is a material color issue that I believe I already fixed, but it may not have done

oh, I never actually verified if your mod fixed it, assumed it didn't since I don't remember seeing it in the patch notes.
