Namco System 246/256 support #2

I was wondering if you were able to make Namco System 2x6 support for this emulator in the future, since Play! Emulator couldn't barely run those games, even PCSX2 didn't have support to the ArcadePCB. Basically the Arcade board is an overclocked PS2 in a metal shell, much like the Konami Python

I would wanna play Time Crisis 4 on my phone so bad if it happens 😆

Maybe in the future, but I was thinking of adding support for more PS1 games first, regarding bringing retrocompatibility
