reproduce by looking at page 2 of the Flusser a_ and b_files

(nb: I made the a_ and b_file.txt files in the data folder smaller and easier for testing.

A bug in wrapAllDiretChildrenToP();. the regex for THOUGHT_BREAKS was also problematic.
