hello, i have a yi dome 1080 camera, with your firmware, but if i try to connect via telnet login data: user: root pass: doesn't work, maybe i've changed it months ago, now i don't remember it, is there any way to reset it ? also ssh is not available and also there is no ssh option in the web interface

please help me ! thanks

If you don't have your Telnet password, you won't be able to log in to change it. Can you reinstall the firmware?
