Copies existing rst files and md files (converting them to rst on the fly). The doc is then built on rtd
The generate_doc.sh script will then be called from one of the CI servers to keep our doc uptodate.
Code quality remained the same when pulling b69c202 on shadow-robot:F#393_automatic_doc_rst into 265a001 on shadow-robot:F#393_automatic_doc_rst.
