F launch cleanup #10

Some basic cleanup on the launch files and added new rviz config (seems to have changed format and file extension in groovy).

Made some attempts at more, it would be nice to have all the demo config in one place and tried some different ways to have a local kinect transform but these didn't work out so well. Launch files get hard to manage! So just going with these tweaks for now.

Happy for the merge to happen once you've uncommented the taco_gaazebo_objects.launch file.
