Test changing from 1Hz to 10Hz via the protobuf protocal.

Now we have updated the text based protocol for you to set and change which mirrorplan to use on the TACO sensor.

We have tested it here, and we need you to test it on the TACO sensor hardware. Please let us know when you have used it and whether it works as supposed on the real system too.

The format of the protocol is described in detail in D4.3.

Would be good to do it as soon as possible (to give Trine feedback / give her some time to fix bugs if we find some).
