Smooth Left arm jumps (servoj_lookahead_time)

Proposed changes

Fix UR10e Left arm servoj_lookahead_time config to any smooth sudden arm jumps that result from users' sudden movements (while wearing the Vive tracker).

Tested on both unimanual and bimanual system.
