Mouse should change pointer shape when hovering over items in the Navigation Pane

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Hover mouse over links in the left pane of Stoffi.

What should have happened?
The mouse pointer should change to "Link Select" when hovering over the items 
such as History, Queue, etc. This is consistent with Explorer.

What happened instead?
Nothing. The mouse pointer does not change.

Can you give us any additional information that could be useful in fixing
this bug?
The observation is again correct. The mouse should change as found in Explorer.

What release of Stoffi are you using (Xia or Shang)?
