Describe the feature you want implemented.
Fill empty titles of file tracks with the filename.

Describe why you think that this feature is needed.
Having a list of empty titles makes it hard to identify songs. Having the 
filename in the title field would make it easier to find songs.

Do you have any suggestions on how we could implement, design or present
this feature in an easy and intuitive way?
When a file is first scanned the algorithm would first look for a title in the 
ID3 meta data. If none is found then the filename can be used. Preferably some 
smart parsing can be done. Special characters such as _ could be replaced by a 
space, the extension can be removed, words can be capitalized, etc.
