ViewDetails render issues inside ScrollViewer #367

This issue was created by revision r1423.

If a ViewDetails list is put inside a ScrollViewer and made to stretch 
horizontally then some bugs will appear such as scrolling in details mode 
behaving as in a wrap panel and column headers not rendering.
