Key to minimise application

Describe the feature you want implemented.
Press a key to minimise Stoffi.

Describe why you think that this feature is needed.
It is convenient for keyboard users to minimise an application in this way. An 
example key that is used by many freeware application is the Esc key. If Stoffi 
is visible, and has focus, pressing Esc would minimise it.

Are there any other projects that inspired you? Do you have any screenshots
or mockups to show a concept of this feature?
