ColorOS使用后cpu占用异常 #40

cpu123始终处于高占用，在空闲场景有时功耗异常，有时甚至突然超过5w，刷入后游戏内功耗降低，但总续航明显下降，已经冻结游戏空间和应用增加服务以去除官调
