With this PR, the platformio build system is updated to use the new DDL framework at https://github.com/shadow578/framework-hc32f46x-ddl.

Additionally:

STM32F1 "Piggy-Backing" is removed (#30 ), and some more changes to core Marlin files were reverted.
Pin definitions were updated (and renamed to match the Motherboard Silk-Screening)
